“This unit initially got my attention because it is a ground floor unit and we are traveling with my elderly mother. As I compared it to other units, I noticed that this unit has a lot more windows than other units, so we booked it. I'm so glad we did, it was perfect for us. The front door is at street level but it's actually above the parking garage so the kitchen, dining room and living room windows and balcony make you feel you are on the second floor. “My family and I had a portion of our week long California vacation on the coast and stayed at this property. The location was perfect as it allowed us to take day trips and have a place to come back to and relax, swim, etc. Everything was very clean and just as described and we very much enjoyed this property. “Everything about the room was great. View was amazing, very clean. The only down side was the thin walls and echoing from outside of the room. There were some other very noisy guests that echoed off of the cement walls, and the noise travelled in to our room pretty loudly. ”

“The condo is exactly as described and had everything we needed. It is well stocked, and I especially appreciated the extra beach towels and kitchen amenities. The location is great. The only issues we had were with the VRBO site itself, which was glitchy, showed different/inaccurate pricing consistently, and was just a pain to deal with. The owner was great to work with.”
