We had an issue with the heating in the kids’ bedroom and the response was immediate and totally professional. This was an ideal location for skiing at Bretton Woods! The wood stove was VERY efficient and added a nice ambiance to our evenings. The living room set up was perfect for family movie night. The hosts were great and responded right away, if i needed anything. I would definitly stay here again!! ”
