“This is not a review although it gets 5 stars. Except for Petra. She was very helpful and nice before the trip and after my husband got back I have written 3-4 emails and she has not responded to any of them. So, Petra is great but not a great communicator and that is what this industry is all about. I worked in the hospitality business being in charge of ocean front homes to mountain homes and I was the manager of an oceanfront hi-rise hotel. Worked in the industry for 45 years. Communication……
