“Decent neighborhood- home is as shown and described. Was very clean. Only complaint would be microwave didn’t work. ”

“The property was as described, albeit with some minor updates since the pictures were taken. Everything was clean and adequately maintained with one exception of a few dirty plates that were in the cupboard. These were obviously used and probably accidentally placed back in the cupboard instead of being washed first. The house pictures and description indicated a drip coffee maker with a grinder so we packed bean coffee. Only to discover it had been swapped out for a Keurig K cup maker which……

“ The Property Mgr ,Beth Ann, was always available on short notice to stop in or answer our questions. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils that were needed.The house and bedding were very clean. The gated deck was great for having a dog. Fantastic sunsets and you could see barge traffic in the distance on Mobile Bay. Check out Madi Gra dates next year as a parade went right by the house...so much fun. Fairhope has so many shops and restaurants, many are dog friendly,……

“This house was perfect for a getaway friends trip. Everything downtown was within walking distance of the front door. The house was just as expected upon arrival. The pool and the BBQ pit were a nice touch for hanging out with everyone during the day. We look forward to booking this property again next year. ”

“Thanks for the great stay at the Shadows. Everything you need is provided. Close to everything in the area. Good safe side walks to explore the neighborhood. I would suggest some sort of handle in the bath tub area for safety. A decorative handle could work. It does not need to be intrusive to the decorative theme. The bed in the room closest to the living room was most comfortable for us. We tried both of course. And the first room is more quiet as you can’t hear the ac compressor……

“My family and I had total of 12 people stsyed here for Thanksgiving week. We had plenty of room. 4 private bed rooms. Open space area with 2 sets of full bunk beds. Full kitchen and we were able to cook meals daily. 2 refrigerators for food storage. We had to purchase pots/pans but that was fine. House need a few upgrades but house was listed for sale. Pool need to be upgraded. Wifi worked good. House was clean with big living room and dining area. Overall we had a wonderful stay. . ”

“ Conveniently located to restaurants around area. We liked its location because we were there for Mardi-Gras parades in Mobile, Daphne and Fairhope. The house was a good getaway from the traffic from parades. Comfortable. ”
