“A complete catastrophe, the house owner didn't get in touch. I booked the house 4 months before. When I arrived I couldn't move into the house, I was left lying on my side, without accommodation. The agency did take care of it a day later, but not for the day I arrived. I haven't received any reimbursement from them yet. “Very good staff who are welcoming and go out of their way to do the little things, like help you get an Angolan SIM card or even just point you to the nearest supermarket. The rooms are well appointed and spacious - perfect for business - and the location is nice and central.
