“House did not disappoint. You can hear the waves crashing at night from the house. Pergola out by the beach is very comfortable. Amazing views. Would stay here again for sure. Only surprise was the road to the house from Hope Town is not paved and full of potholes so the golf cart rides are rough.”

“This home sits on a beautiful peninsula in Marsh Harbor. This was our first trip to the area, and we found it very easy to navigate. The great thing about the property is the location with stand-up paddle boarding and snorkeling just offshore - and a dock. The home still needs some TLC s/p Dorian, but the ground team is clearly working on it. Our house manager, Taj was wonderful and very responsive. For example, there was no large pot in the kitchen, and she had one brought over immediately.……

“This is a great property! The house is in perfect condition and fully stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed (including sharp knives which is rare in a rental). They have beach chairs and games available for use. The location, while a little further out, is exactly what we wanted. I wanted a place away from the crowd and we got it. It is like having your own private beach. The home owners are great to work with throughout the process. They communicated prior to the trip and helped us arrange……

No coffee pot or filters although the caretaker brought a new coffee pot in a box Contact with the rental company was minimal at best pre - arrival Very few pots / pans to cook with Multiple light bulbs burned out Couldn't get any channels on the tv Looks like a 4 year old did the interior painting Would ask for a partial refund but proabably wouldnt get one. Sheets and towels were good It was clean Pool was ok ”
