The first room we went to still had trash in room and bed was pulled away from the walls. Moved to second room and floor is tore up and uneven. Light above sink was very dim. No hot water in shower!

Literally the worst hotel 🏨 we have ever seen. Supposed to be non-smoking. The smoke detector had been ripped off the ceiling, which also had many stains, and the room reeked not only of cigarettes, but also smelled like someone had just smoked a joint just before we entered the room. Holes in the wall where there was supposed to be a headboard, holes in the vinyl floor and on and on. We went back to the front desk and stated that we had booked a non-smoking room and the attendant said that it was supposed to be non -smoking, and that all the other rooms would probably be in the same condition. We told them we could not stay there and requested a refund. The attendants were very helpful and accommodating.

Well first off no hot water,the first room they tried to put me in didn't even have a running shower.I brought it to the motels attention and they had a oh- well attitude.besides all that the location was great,and I'm greatful to have had a vacant room to stay in.

While this hotel is conveniently located and the associate at the front desk was friendly, she informed me at checkin that there is no water pressure and no hot water in the building. While she said she would be able to cancel my booking and issue a refund, this is a major hassle as we attempt to find an alternative where we can shower after a long day of travel.

First room given was not in decent shape, broken light, overhead light did not work, tv did not work, toilet didnkt flush. Second room at least had functioning toilet and lights. Glad my hisband was with me or would not jave stayed by myself

The microwave was dirty and the fridge was leaking water. There was gunk and mold on the floor so I placed a towel down to catch the water. After checking out I received another receipt showing a $5 additional charge. When I called the hotel I was told the charge was for a stained towel. I explained the towel was placed under a dirty moldy fridge on the floor to catch the water and he told me I would be charged regardless. The hotel had not even washed the towel yet to see if it was actually stained they charged for the discoloration on the towel. When I informed their employee Shane I would be leaving a poor review he threatened me and said I would be banned from ALL hotels in Lubbock Texas if I left a bad review.

All of the light fixtures were broken. It seemed more like an abandoned building than a working hotel. Unacceptable even at that price point. The manager was very helpful about offering a refund.

We were given a room that was non-smoking and when we went inside it smelt like smoke. There were cigarette butts on the AC unit and right outside of the door, there were dead bugs on the walls. The blankets were soft. The towels had hair stuck in them that wasnt ours. The lady at night in the front office was wonderful! Other than that it was only a good stay to get some sleep.

Very shady people driving in and out and walking around the property. Had to carry my knife and pepper spray just in case. Swimming pool looks like its been empty for years. Beds were disgusting, and the towels in the bathroom were dirty. Sink didn't work properly, and we could hear the loud tv next door. AT 1:00AM. I wish I could get my money back. Worst experience eve. Please fill free to contact me with any questions. You need to take this hotel out of your website.
