"Fit our group of 9 and accommodated our activities.Definitely good spot for bird enthusiasts and bass fishers (a few came up and fished at our dock while we were here).We're able to go to Upperlake and Clearlake pretty quickly, so it was a good central hub. Local market was convenient."

"It was fine for a quick one night stay. The carpet in the room was stained, not enough towels in the bathroom. They only had 3 pillows on the bed (usually 4). I appreciated the shampoo/conditioner that was provided to the guest."
