Wie groß die Leistung der Eigentümer ist, erfasst man erst, wenn man sich das im Haus befindliche Fotobuch ansieht. So sind Haus und Garten sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gestaltet. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Esstisch, einer gemütlichen Couch und bequemen Sesseln lädt zum Wohlfühlen……

“Schönes altes Haus mitten im Ort, Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Bar und Apotheke fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.Wir haben in dem charmanten Haus von Paulette die Weihnachstage verbracht: sehr gut ausgestattet mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Shampoo und vielem mehr. Großzügige Schlafzimmer, heimeliges Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer, schöne kleine Küche. Wohlfühlen pur! Die Kommunikation klappte hervorragend. Klare Urlaubsempfehlung und vielen Dank nochmals an Paulette für die schönen Tage in……

“Wir sind bereits zum 2. Mal über Silvester hier gewesen. Das Haus hat alles was es zum Wohnen braucht. Ein Pellet Kaminofen sorgt ausreichend für behagliche Wärme.Unser Hund und wir haben Silvester ohne die unsinnige Böllerei genossen. Landschaftlich schön ruhig. Wetter, na ja. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Kommen gerne wieder.”

“Comfortable clean quiet apartment in converted old farm building. Very fast wifi. Covered parking for car and bikes below apartment. Helpful friendly owner doesn't speak english. Rustic village with good supermarket next to pretty river Yonne, Excellent tarmac cycle path along nearby canal du Nivernais. Lots of wine tasting. Recommend visiting Noyers, Auxerre, Vezelay. Only negative is the outside of the apartment, which is not pretty and has no view. Turin Shroud!!!!ne. ”

“Nous étions réunis pour fêter un anniversaire. Le lieu est parfait pour cela (taille de la maison, jardin, situation, charme de la maison et du jardin). Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par les hôtes. Bref tout s'est très bien passé. 4 recommandations cependant : laisser des documentations sur le fonctionnement de l'électro-ménager, restaurer certaines salles de bain, changer le piano de cuisson et vérifier le soin accordé au ménage.”

“Ce fût une magnifique expérience. Nos hôtes furent très acceuillants et souriants. Ils nous ont parfaitement informés sur le gîte et sur ce qu'il y a à voir et à faire dans les environs. Une abondante documentation est disponible directement dans le gite, et notamment une description des promenades dans les environs directs du gîte. Très beau gite, spacieux et chaleureux. Du bois (bien sec, de qualité) pour la cheminée est disponible sur place. La location est entièrement close et notre (gros)……

“Mon frère et moi avons passés un agréable séjour de pêche, dans ce chalet lumineux. Tout équipé, bonne literies. Une belle vue sur la vallée . Des propriétaires très gentils et réactifs . Le parking est assez large pour faire demi-tour et stationner un petit fourgon avec remorque et zodiac. A 10 min du lac de Crescent, 20 min du lac de Chaumeçon. A 15 min environ Quarré les tombes, petite supérette, pharmacie (excellente pharmacienne!), bar, restaurants, etc... 1 semaine de déconnexion……
