The cottage is at the base of Lake Pauline, directly across from a busy road. The road noise was noticeable, and it was winter with windows closed. It was not a secluded cabin in the woods.Check in: the code did not work. When we contacted Vacasa, we were told that they could reset the door code remotely. “The home is as described with plenty of space for my family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels and the beds were firm with clean sheets. The views of Lake Rescue were beautiful. The driveway was snow-covered, but with a 4WD, you should have no issue. The 'commute' to Okemo was easy - 8min max. “We had a good stay with our group of 12 people that included a mix of adults and children. The cabin is very conveniently located in Ludlow with access to restaurants and a short drive to Plymouth Lake where we had a gathering for graduation. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The house is laid out well with good use of the space, and a nice open living area to hang out.
