“We were made very welcome by the proprietor on our arrival. We were provided with drinks, madeline cakes and a rice desert. The facility is very spacious which included a separate sitting room that included a desk, a large shower and WC room with a walk in shower. The bed was comfortable that enabled us to have a much needed good nights sleep. “It’s a nice place and the staff was very courteous. The breakfast selections were very good and parking was convenient. My only criticisms are that the bathroom sink had a hair clog that made it drain slowly, and there are no shelves or drawers to keep clothes organized. I also would have like to know that there is a fan in the bow without a handle before I purchased one. The hotel is on the edge of the old city, which is a very scenic area to walk or drive through.”

“The location of the property is in a residential area that looks unsafe. The hotel does have a fence and gate, probably for the same reason. Staff were friendly. We had to eat dinner at the hotel as there was nothing else around. I had a steak and by wife had a chicken but both items were very dry very dry as if they were cooked before and just heated. Breakfast was fine. ”
