“This was a great place to stay in Nacogdoches. It was walking distance to The Madhatter Distillery. We were in town for their grand opening. We will stay there again!”

“I was looking for a quiet place to escape the 4th of July fireworks that are ridiculous where I live. I heard some off in the distance for about an hour on the 4th then nothing! It was just what I was hoping for. Even with the 2 other containers rented out, I never heard them. Preston was a great host and answered my questions right away. Would definitely rent again. ”

“Would stay again. Pros: Nice, clean apartment located close to campus. Beds are comfortable. Owners are easily reachable and quick to respond. Cons: stairs to upstairs apartments are a little steep. We were going to bring elderly grandparents and it may have been ok but if that could be an issue for your party, get a downstairs unit. This property is new to VRBO and they are still working out some kinks but the owners are quick with communication and customer service is good. ”
