“INCREDIBLE! There's not a better place to stay in the heart of Cuenca than this location. The host is absolutely amazing and prepared the most fabulous welcome for me. There was food, coffee, treats, fresh flowers and a person to meet me when I arrived. I've never had this happen before at any of the places I've stayed. The apartment overlooks the river, the city and the mountains. It's quiet, it's beautiful, it's comfortable it's heaven. There are a ton of good restaurants, bars, shopping,……

“The property was completely disgusting when we arrived. Pillows and sheets had not been changed, not vacuumed not dusted, hard to find with the directions that were given. We ended up not staying there and got no refund.”
