The location is super conveniences. And safe. The day time front officers Ms. Marta Is super nice and amazing. Always greet you with the best smiling. And she always willing to help. Need to be aware that there is no housekeeping service on Sunday. And I do not really understand why the housekeeping never refill the shampoo and shower gel every day. We always need to ask teg FO bring it up when we are back to the hotel. The FO is 24/7. As said, Marta is amazing. Bit the night time FO often not in the area and have a super strong smell Of smoke. But other than that. It is a great hotel and a great spot to spend your time in London.

"Fabulous stay for girls weekend! Lovely setting with wonderful walking trails that only require a moderately hard climb up. The room had a terrace that was perfect for a cup of tea and a rest.
