This was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed at. First room they game me wasn't even made up. Bed unmade and food containers all around. The second room was made but was still disgusting. Looked like blood on the walls by the door and bathroom. THe smell was like rotten fish. Expedia should remove them as an option.

First impressions are everything and although I know this hotel isn’t built in the best neighborhood, standard cleanliness should still be a priority. When I checked in, the clerk kind of had an attitude and when I asked him for an extra key, it seemed like it was too much to do. I’m paying you money - cash on top of that - so me asking you for a an essential I need for two people shouldn’t be an issue but whatever. The room was okay except I had to call and ask for them to clean the bathroom as their was hair in the shower drain and the toilet bowl was dirty 😷 also there were random stains on the wall and idk what that is or where it came from but you can see it when you come in the room. The stains were on the far side of the bed. I will say the bed was comfy as hell and slept like a baby both nights. There aren’t any roaches or bugs so you don’t have to worry about that (room 214 is the room we had) but it could be a bit better. If you’re needing a place to stay overnight, this will work or if you need a quick place no matter the circumstances. Idk if I’ll be back again but this place is noted. They say they have breakfast but we didn’t even bother eating it.

I didn't even end up staying. The ledge of the second floor was unsturdy. The building itself looked dirty and poor shape. The inside of the room at least looked like the pictures. It smelled terrible and like smoke. We tried to put on the air conditioner and a different bad smell came out. We looked in the bathroom and it was as gross as outside.

When we arrived in our room, I went to the bathroom and the toilet had not been cleaned. It had poop stain, urine and hair around the toilet when I lifted the lid. I called the desk and he said I’ll tell cleaning. It was 9:30 pm. No one came, obviously they did not have cleaning staff. I called Expedia. Expedia told me they would not answer. Yet, the front desk told me they spoke with Expedia and they would refund. So we left. Now Ramada is refusing to refund. I should not have trusted Ramada. Never ever go to this hotel! Unsanitary! No one should have that in their hotel room! I should have been refunded as promised by the front desk.
