I always go to this particular hotel over the years, this year however has changed that. This will be my last visit. Why you might ask, here is my reasons. 1-Cleanliness is non-existed a-dirty towels b-bloody comforter, cigarette burns c-in need of deep cleaning 2-Safety is an issue a-Door to adjacent room missing a lock 3-Rooms need repair a-Chair has rips and tears b-tub not draining properly, fix but got worst the next day c-tub tile cracked d-refrigerator not functioning properly Also, pool had a puddle of dirty water with garbage in it. My limited interactions with staff were pleasant but finding someone was tough at times because they are required to do several jobs at once, maintenance-front desk-laundry-room service. I don't imagine that they will be in business for long with the standards they have now. Why stay you ask, because it was prepaid. I don't recommend at all.

We arrived and was welcomed with a smile and our experience went down from there. The room was somewhat clean but there is room for improvement. There was only one chair to sit on. The outside was fairly quiet but the heater for our room was a pretty noisy. They advertise a continental breakfast and there was food available but limited in your selection. The waffles were good, the coffee hot, two types of bread, a flake type cereal, fruit loops. I didn't see any fruit but there was yogurt.

The check-in was good. The room was clean Lots of restaurants nearby. The room Did not smell like smoke On the negative side, the outside premises were not well kept. Inside the room. There was only the bed and no place to sit. Also the AC was so loud. It was hard to stay asleep.

When we went down to eat breakfast there were 3 slices of bread , waffle making, coffee , milk, cold cereal and juice. Very disappointing. We had a cup of coffee and juice and left to go buy something to eat for breakfast. The outdoor balconies had piles of dirty mattresses, the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall and the shower wall and bottom of the shower were yellow with wear & tear. We did not use the shower because of this. The pool had a sign, danger do not enter. We will never be coming back to a Quality Inn, no quality there.

Room for opportunities.
My room looked as if it was used and not cleaned. There was pee around the room of the toilet mold in the shower and dirty towels. I brought my own towels as usual. But I had to clean the toilet. Unfortunately I didn't bring cleaning materials with me. The breakfast could use a face lift. They could offer some type of breakfast meat and eggs. Maybe a choice between hard boiled or scrambled. If you offer breakfast it should be breakfast. Not just waffles.

It is convenient to the Interstate and is a cost effective option for an overnight stay on a long trip. There are restaurants and gas easily available. The staff was excellent and the property was perfectly acceptable just not special. Average is not a negative value or commentary on the hotel.

Very poor upkeep of rooms-linen disqusting. Floors not mopped /broken glass on floor next to toilet. Outside ice machine broken. Very limited breakfast selection and no cream except powder packets for coffee. Over all experience not pleasant.
