"Our first visit and we will definitely be back! The lodge was clean and comfortable. Very impressed at the kitchen facilities with hob, cooker, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave. Good selection of pans and utensils. Great for self catering! TVs in 2 of the bedrooms."

"Landlady went beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Incredible food and sent us off in the morning with complimentary food water for our trek. Extremely friendly/welcoming atmosphere! Couldn’t recommend more!"

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location
"Wonderful hotel, cant recommend highly enough. Great location on the south west coast path. They offer a packed lunch for the next day which is definitely needed for the walk from Hartland way to Bude!"
