“The place is not as clean or luxurious as they advertise. The mattress was very old, squeaky and very soft. The type of soft that just sinks when you lay down and it’s impossible to sleep on. When we told management about it and asked for a partial refund since we weren’t able to get any sleep, we were told that a partial refund it’s not possible, that they can’t accommodate requests regarding mattress preferences and plainly told us we can go ahead and sleep on the couch; which is ridiculous.……

“Although the cleaning fees were not stated on Expedia, the apartment was cute with customer service answering the phone and giving me prompt advice when needed. Except the kitchen appliances and cutlery support as well as knifes, forks, etc. and theirs drawer, the apartment was clean and really cozy, with a big balcony facing the park on the west. “I would definitely stay again, Location is great for what i needed.and accept the view will ne what it would be. The male staff were all superb from both i dealt with at reception to bar staff.
