“Perfect ”

“This is a beautifully decorated hotel with stunning spacious rooms and bathrooms which are very luxurious. The beds are super comfortable and provide a fantastic nights sleep. The hotel is very close to a large mall so there are plenty of dining options but other places are also not very far away with a taxi. The beach and pool area is very nice However the service was a let down. We stayed over the Easter holidays and the hotel was clearly at full capacity but the staff could not cope.……

“I had a wonderful stay at The OQ in Lusail. The hotel is brand new, and it truly reflects that with its elegant decoration and high-quality furniture. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel had a pleasant, refreshing scent throughout. The staff were friendly and cooperative, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The coffee machine in the room was not functioning, and even after the hotel replaced it, it still didn’t work properly.……

“Great service, very attentive. Great waterpark next door and good food!”

“The room has no fridge and even hair dryer is not available. Evening receptionist is so rude! “You have booked, xxx room and now you are 8 people there”. 😱? How can 8 people fit into a small room?? I encourage hin to go to our room, and check for himself! Then I’ve ordered additional bed, immediately they’d asked for the payment. Afterwards i need to follow up with pillow and blanket unfortunately no blanket was provided, ”

“The Torch Doha est vraiment un hôtel impressionnat et parfait sur toute la ligne! Je vais y retourner c'est certain! les installations, la chambre, le restaurant tournant, le personnel avenant, serviable et sympathique, les transports accessibles. Tout! absolument tout était parfait et merveilleux Bravo et merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour à Doha, capitale du Qatar!”
