The owner has gone out of the way to provide quality bed linens and towels, a clean grill on the deck, comfortable furnishings inside and out; even the fireplace was ready-all we had to do was light it up! Peaceful, gorgeous and beautiful stay!”

“Probably one of the cleanest hotels rooms we have EVER stayed in. Excellent room with a huge smart TV, cushioned carpet, two different sinks, hot water, good wifi, and a microwave mini fridge. The only downside to this stay is the location. It is incredibly far away from Custer (and attractions) and a large portion of the drive to the hotel is gravel roads.”

“My visit was absolutely fabulous!! The Ranch is beautiful, peaceful and quite. I enjoyed seeing the wildlife on the property. I stayed in a pet friendly room, the room was extremely clean and had everything need. The staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. My communication with Becca was so positive, she answered all my questions & was very knowledgeable, courteous and so nice to communicate with. I'm so glad I stayed here, happy memories were made! I highly recommend!!”

“Unfortunately there was a bug infestation not their fault, but difficult to deal with, mice in room, and the air condition would not work, however they hooked us up with a temporary unit which cooled the room nicely, but the bugs in the room were bad on the last night. But overall everything happening the host was very accommodating to our needs. The facility itself was very serene and peaceful. ”

“This place was way back in the fields. Looked like a nice place but no phone coverage. My husband has heart issues and we needer phone access. I can't say enough about the host she was very accommodating and returned our money. i can't say enough good things about her. ”

“We stayed at the Red Sands Ridge for 2 nights. The owner had excellent communication, and greeted each guest upon arrival. She even stayed late one night so we could use the lodge’s washer/dryer which costs only $3/wash load,($5/load if you don’t have detergent), but dryer was free. You do need to set up a time to use the washer/dryer. The bathroom heater worked amazingly.😊 They are currently renovating the lodge, and do see some of the improvements already. This is a pretty remote location,……
