“There were 17 of us staying and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of space, comfortable accommodation, fantastic facilities, beautiful views. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Would definitely recommend and would love to return. There were a couple of issues with door handles. One fell off all the time and one was impossible to lock. But, apart from that, it was perfect.”

“Lovely cosy cottage just a few minutes walk from the harbour and into the town. Well equipped and very clean. Easy communication with host. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Brixham. Parking isn’t easy but host gave us tips on where to park which worked perfectly. Would stay here should we visit Brixham again. ”

“We stayed at Saltwater over the Christmas period and was able to enjoy all that Shaldon has to offer at this time of year.Saltwater was a great property for the two of us. It is in an ideal position with its own parking (which is a must in the village), close to the centre and all the activity. “This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Comfortable hotel

"Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Exeter. Special thanks to the hotel manager and one of the hotel staff members for swiftly taking care of the air conditioner issue; despite ending up being wet in the process you both have handled the issue with grace and kindness."
