“This little duplex is perfect for a couple of people and those traveling with a pet. The improvements made to the backyard, the parking spot, and the interior were all noticeable investments in comfort for guests. I look forward to my next trip to the area. Would definitely stay again”

“The property had many rooms, and the back yard was nice. Other than that it had a musty smell/ smelled like cats when we first entered. The ceiling in the basement was maybe 6/7 ft high where we had to duck while walking around. The air conditioning was set on 70 with a lock, which was fine, BUT it didn’t work in the top two rooms where the temp was well over 90 during the day. It’s a good place to stay for one or two nights but if you plan on doing longer I wouldn’t recommended it. I will say……

“Great space to meet and hang out for team building. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and the view from the rooftop deck was incredible. Highly recommend ”

“Great Place”

“This was presented as a verbo property with the whole condo available. It was not . It is a room in this guys basement. 14 steps up and then 12 steps down to the basement. The front door lock touch pad is upside-down underneath the door handle. The host called me the day I arrived and said the kitchen was "on me to use." When I arrived the counter top was completely covered with dishes and containers. There was no table or chairs to sit. No opportunity to any meal prep. The host called……

“Overall place was great and was in perfect location for our family trip to a ravens game. However we were looking forward to the fire pit on the roof but there was no full propane tanks. There was multiple empty propane tank”

“We had a group of 11 our stay was just amazing. The photos on Vrbo shows very little of how beautiful this property really is. This place was extremely huge. The bedrooms were extremely big. And the house was amazing. I recommend this property.”

“Communication with host was excellent, property is beautiful & comfortable. Neighborhood is walkable, safe, & quiet. Parking can be an issue in the evening, but we were always able to find street parking within a block or two.”

“Extremely impressed with the entire place. Diamond in the rough. My family traveled in from all over the country Arizona, Massachusetts, Florida, Pennsylvania. To celebrate my sons 30th bday (he lives in MD). Old school backyard family fun. the house was truly a home for our long weekend. So thoughtfully planed and accommodating. Beds very comfortable and towels a plenty. Outdoor kitchen divine!! Wonderful!!!!”

“We had a great trip. Comfy bed, clean space, extra blankets, and the TV has a variety of options for watching. It was a 15-17 min. walk to the Baltimore Convention Center and the Stadium is incredible close. This VRBO is also in the middle of nightlife, so know if you stay on a weekend, you will be treated tot he sights and sounds. If you're a light sleeper, don't stay in the primary bedroom. We had a great time at the house and in visiting Baltimore, would stay here again. We loved it!”
