“Overall it was good. Location was perfect, right in the heart of town. Bedroom sizes were accurate and heating was great.Only negative is there is no dishwasher and most of the plates, glasses and cutlery were not clean when we arrived so I had to hand wash everything prior to using it.Elisa was very easy to communicate with and helped with any questions we had.”

“The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ……

“Wonderful hosts, beautiful area, linens and cooking utensils provided, as well as a few tea bags and coffee sachets for a cuppa and a sit down when you arrive! easy self check in with amenable hosts. 10/15 min walk to the local high street, and ample parking space. a great self catering stay - does the job, i would happily recommend and stay again. thank you!”

“Handy location. Suitable for couple. Very small kitchen, looked sufficient for short stay. We only used kettle and toaster, ate out or with family who lived nearby. Host aware made us aware of electricity outage - all sockets apart from kitchen. This meant no TV and had to charge phones, etc, in kitchen. Not fixed during our 4 night stay, hopefully fixed by now. No discount offered for this lack of full services.”

“The property is very clean and well equipped for our stay. The host was very polite and helpful. The rooms are large and my daughter enjoyed the internet TV. It was a lovely apartment. The location is good for commuting into the centre of London for sightseeing ”

“This semi-disaster of a "newly refurbished house" is the fault of VRBO...for two reasons. First, the property is still in the midst of being refurbished with a list of deficiencies that are too many to mention. Secondly, VRBO forced us to make a snap decision on this property because the host of our previously-booked location cancelled on us just 48 hours before we were arriving in England. VRBO promised to find us a replacement property but then, with less than 24 hours before our arrival in……
