“First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. ”

“自己和家人多次入住，之前就覺得櫃檯服務不是很親切主動，而且訂購海景房會城市景這一次定海景房，還是給城市景，我只好到櫃台反應，櫃檯一點不好意思的態度都沒有，服務真的很糟後來的換房，一進去就有噪音，我只好再重新下樓換房，我總共下樓換房四次，櫃檯一點感到抱歉的服務都沒有，當時已經半夜～對於飯店的服務感到非常不滿車子抵達大門口，門口服務員也沒有主動幫忙拿行李整個飯店的服務水準真的太差”
