“Me and my wife stayed at this wonderful little property for a week after our honeymoon. We planned to live around Raymondville so this place was perfect to stay at while we got things settled. The apartment is clean and filled with anything we could have hoped to need. It is also wonderfully decorated to fit the setting of a peaceful and easy going cattle ranch. “Simon was great and very attentive. Check in was easy, the home was clean and comfortable. My only complaint and it’s so little that it doesn’t even matter, but there wasn’t any soap to wash dishes. I did go buy some as we were there for 4 nights :) I would definitely stay here again or any of Simon’s properties!”

“All good. This was our second time renting from Mr. Cavazos. The place was clean and well stocked/appointed. This 3BR/2BA suite offered plenty of room for the comfort of our family of 4 adults (so much better than 2 hotel rooms). We had one issue early in our stay (our fault; we locked ourselves out), and Mr. Cavazos was quick to respond and address. Overall, and once again, it was a very pleasant stay.”
