We were very unsatisfied with this property. Upon check-in, we were told there was no elevator. There was also no staff to help us carry luggage upstairs to our assigned rooms.
There was a need to use two remote controls to access the television, but there was only one remote in the room. After asking multiple times and multiple staff members, we received the second remote on the third day of our stay.
The room was very stuffy and smelled of mildew. The windows did not open, so we had to keep the air conditioner on high to air out the room.
The hallway carpets were soiled, and we noticed that they were not cleaned for our entire stay. Additionally, though we understand that water-saving efforts precluded daily towel replacement, we were very unhappy to find that room housekeeping would not be supplied daily. On multiple days, we returned to the rooms to find that the beds had not been made.
We are most unhappy with these issues, specifically because we could not change the dates to match our travel dates. So, although we only stayed in one room for three nights and the second room for four nights, we PAID IN FULL for full nights for both rooms and received poor service throughout the duration of our trip.
