“The filters in the AC were totally encrusted in thick dust. My partner took them out so I could wash and dry them and put them back in. This is something that really needs to be addressed and regularly. Apart from that everything else was great. ”

“this Jacobs creek retreet is nothing to do with the wine Jacobs creek. the hotel is located quite far from the major road. room is relatively small. because the houses are very old, and close to the garden. there would have worms on the room floor. barth room is quite dark, though there is a bath tub. garden is very nice. owner is an old couple. “Our stay was a very positive one. We just needed communication re booking in process by text, not just email. On the road, I had no access to email and had to get my son to retrieve booking info for us. This was the only problem with the stay - breakfast hamper was excellent!!”
