“So where do I begin? We had such a fabulous time staying at this cottage. It was adorable and the location is to die for. You are so very lucky to have this little slice of heaven. The cottage was very clean, had everything we needed to enjoy our short stay. I would recommend highly recommend.Our long weekend was action packed with day trips (Niagara Falls, Buffalo, etc.) and visited the local town and even went to a local fair that was happening which was so much fun!We only caught one……

“The cottage was so charming and the views spectacular! Everything we needed was readily available. Very accomodating. We have 2 small fur babies and were able to walk them around the property as well as along the neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. It was quiet and peaceful and a woderful place to unwind. Good food within walking distance. Close to wonderful sites to see. The local produce was impressive and reasonable..highly recommend!!”

“I cannot emphasize how gorgeous the view of lake Ontario is from this property! We saw boats, tankers, the lights from Canada at night. You can walk down to the water and sit and watch the sunset and the screened room kept the bugs away at night. This property is about an hour away from Niagara falls and close to Olcott and a grocery store. The property is on a dead end lot and we didn't see any neighbors the entire time we were there. The house is very clean and comfortable.”

“Close to marina. Nice dock on property, but bit of a walk on stairs. Very nice out side seating area. Extremely clean. Cottage decoration that is very tasteful. Owner very helpful and addresses any questions ASAP. Looking forward to returning next year.”

“I have booked many vrbos, the photos of the listing are always where you actually stay. I booked a two bedroom cabin from charlie upon arrival the house was not the house! I messaged charlie prior to checking in order to get check in process… no response…upon arriving All 5 beds were in the same room, the house was not what we paid for in the listing! There were zero amenities! NOT EVEN TOILET PAPER. The entire cabin is falling apart! Charlie did put us in a different cabin after threatening to……
