“It was clean but lacked extra towels, the bed needed a warmer bed spread, no Kleenexes in the bathroom where there was a spot for a box built into the sink counter, microwave was on a luggage rack, and the indoor swimming pool was empty outside was very dark a night, the entry door lock was broke so anyone could enter the building besides motel guest and they hadn't mowed what needed mowing around the parking lot”
“They went above and beyond for us. After being treated unfairly at another hotel, we traveled 30 more miles to stay here. They more than made up for our bad experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and we would stay here again!”
“I pre-checked in online, when I've done this before there was no waiting my room key was ready with waiting at all. The desk clerk was not at the desk when I got there and it took about 5 minutes for him to show up after I called on the house phone. It then took another 5 to 10 minutes before my room key was ready. Why did I even pre-check in. In the room I was supposed to get a king size bed, it turned out to be a queen.”
“The customer service was outstanding but when I walked into my room I was happier than I have been in any motel in Hutchinson throughout the last 4 years they are so clean I am a cleaner I've been one for 22 years and this was the first time and I don't know how long I didn't have to clean the bathroom before I took a bath and they are so nice”
