“The pool was lovely, grandkids loved it. All staff from pool maintenance, front desk, housekeeping were extremely friendly. Breakfast was okay varied selection, only 2 hot selections daily which didnt vary would be my only complaint however overall was amazing. Good value for money spent. Had lunch at restaurant one day it is good and reasonably priced. See you in October!”

“Too many texts and reminder emails! I started the online check-in but too many questions and too much personal info requested. In person was so much simpler! I tried the text to get help w the TV not working. No response. Informed the front desk on our way out with a 5-hour time budget. Didn’t get done. The front desk person came to the room with me when we returned and it was a quick fix. So the text/email thing ended up being useless. And, as a usual after a booking, got a flurry of spam……
