“If you want an affordable, safe, quiet stay in this area, Golden Lotus is for you. If you're used to western hotels, this may not be your thing. This is a classic, old-school Indian hotel with all of the charms and oddities you may expect. The rooms are very large, the staff is helpful and friendly (but not in the overly sycophantic way of the 5 star Indian Hotels). “Most things were fine, except the poor drainage in the shower room. The location of the hotel was safe but the walking distance was lack of places for shopping or dining.”

The only thing was the bathroom which is standard Indian style but with shower. I don’t understand why you would like to have a shower within the toilet area. Everything gets so wet. ”
