“在Hotels.com上訂房，到入住當天早上也有透過Hotels.com平台訊息溝通抵達時間，結果晚上10點多到飯店checkin，櫃檯人員說找不到有訂房紀錄，等了近半小時，換了3個工作人員說找到訂房紀錄了，但是房間還沒有整理好，怕我們會等太久，第一晚要換其他其他房間給我們，說好聽是升等海景房一晚，結果一進房發現是3人房，我們原本2晚都是4人房，隔天還要一早打包行李換房間，第二天下午看到原本預定的山景4人房空間比海景3人房大多了，而且前一晚就算升等海景房，那麼晚入住又一早退房，根本也沒有享受到風景，深深感覺服務很差”

“When I arrived at the property. The television was broken. I was not informed that it was broken before my arrival nornwas I informed the sla was under maintenance. After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do. I feel like the hotel should have given us a percentage off of what I paid becuase we had amenities that were not working. Normally I would not watch TV but due to bad weather I……

“The hotel is clean, spacious and ideally located nearby to the bikini beach, shops and restaurants on Maafushi. The rooms are great, very well air-conditioned and the cleaning service is brilliant. All in this place was valuable for us. We stayed for a few days and the staff was very helpful and polite with everything we needed. They helped with explanations about the trips and it was really important for us rookie out decisions about what to do in 4 days. Thanks to all staff for everything. We……

“A la llegada, todo bien,habia una chica en el aeropuerto de male indicándonos cómo llegar a la isla.Al puerto de mafuushi alguien vino a recogerme con un buggie.El hotel regular,ningún 4 estrellas.Diría yo una guest house.He pedido de comer y no lo tenían lo que pedí después que senté en la mesa y esperé un rato.La habitación muy espartana.Para hippie total.El baño ducha,water y lavabo (enano) todo en el mismo sitio ni siquiera separado por una cortina.No hay productos para ducharte o de estos……

“Possitive: Value for money, good location, quite area, good sea view from our room, staff are very helpfull and kind, free pickup/drop off from/to the ship port, very clean, free usage of sea towels, 24/7 reception,shops near the hotel. Negative: Wifi have very bad signal and is very slow, poor breakfast, mosque is behind the hotel, no elevator in the hotel We had a very good stay in Velana hotel. I suggest the hotel.”

“2023/12/12〜12/15まで3泊４日で利用しました。 まず、マレ国際空港からのスピードボートはHotelに連絡すれば予約を取って頂けます。 ただ、immigrationを通過して入国し、換金やSIMカードを入手するには、１時間〜２時間かかりますので、飛行機到着時間から２時間は時間を空けてスピードボートを予約した方が良いです。 マーフシ島に到着した際はHotelのスタッフが港でリヤカーを持って待っていてくれる為、非常に助かりました。 Hotelの立地は1番賑やかな方面とは逆方向にですが、海沿いでありながら非常に静かでした。 Hotelのスタッフは非常にフレンドリーで、親切な説明もして頂き、非常に良いです。 部屋の状況も思っていたよりも広くて、清潔でした。 一つだけ問題は、シャワーの水圧が非常に弱い(今まで世界のいろいろなHotelに泊まりましたが、その中でも三本の指に入る弱さです)為、シャワーに異常に時間がかかり、あまりシャワーを浴びた気がしない感じでした。 ”

“一到飯店竟告知我們的房故障沒水，馬上帶我們到隔街另一間，房間很小又沒窗，我當下很生氣，拿出憑證告訴他，我訂的是24平方公尺豪華陽台部份海景房，而且這不是我原先訂的飯店，我很堅持要回我原訂房，他只好回原飯店然後給我原訂的房，根本沒任何問題，所以我覺得此飯店很不老實，早晚餐選項和量都很少，倒是餐飲男服務員很親切，到店付的6美元，給10美竟沒主動找錢，等退房時才跟櫃檯要，唉！不老實的飯店”

“Vandhanen duede ikke og der var skimmelsvamp flere steder på værelset. Personalet var under alt kritik og der blev ikke gjort rent på værelset selvom vi bad om det. De opkrævede ekstra penge for at være to personer, hvilket vi ikke var blevet informeret om.”
