“We were always greeted respectfully and always had great service. The lodge owners were also present during our stay and they are very nice. “We enjoyed our stay @ Safari Plains. Arriving we were received by such friendly faces. The Luxury Tented Chalet we stayed in were overlooking the field where the game came to graze. We enjoyed the morning & afternoon game drives with the well informed guide, Ben. On our first night we had an open air dinner prepared by the chef and staff, it was amazing! We most definately recommend a stay at this 5 star lodge it will be an experience you'll never forget. ALL the staff made our stay fantastic. ”

“Rented a lodge last minute but unfortunately the house had not been cleaned, the place was a mess from the previous occupants. The front end staff were very helpful but limited in what they could do as it was New Year’s Day, we ended up needing to move twice in our 2 night stay. We were offered an average breakfast for the inconvenience but not suffice for spending half our time moving. Disappointed.”
