“Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient.”

“The 2-bedroom apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. However, the chairs for the kitchen room table and the desk were cheap and flimsy; they need to put sturdier chairs to prevent someone from falling/injuring themselves when sitting in the chairs. The air conditioner worked, but did not cool the bedrooms; we were unable to check the vents to see if they were open or not because the vent location was too high up on the wall. Also, our first day there, we got stuck in the elevator and had……
