“A maneira como nos trataram é um escândalo. 8 pessoas alugam uma casa no meio Portugal, fazem uma viagem de carro durante 2horas, com os carros cheios de comida, bebida, gelo e roupas para passar 3 noites e somos completamente deixados ao abandono pela VRBO. Mandaram-nos arranjar um hotel às 10 da noite para 8 pessoas e deram-nos um budget ridículo para encontrar casa à última da hora para passar as seguintes duas noites. Ganhem vergonha! Queremos o reembolso e indemnização por todos os danos……

O apartamento era grande, com Sala, cozinha, hall de entrada, arrecadação, 2 casas de banho e 2 quartos (1 de casal e 1 solteiro) além de uma varanda maravilhosa! “Nous avons quitté les lieux plus tôt que prévu. La literie est catastrophique !!! Deux nuits ont suffit a nous casser le dos. Le logement n’est pas du tout adapté aux enfants, il manque cruellement de luminosité est très isolé de la civilisation. La cuisines n’est pas fonctionnelle ( pas d’eau chaud à l’évier, le peu d’ustensiles se délabre dans nos mains. La piscine se trouve dans le jardin des parents du propriétaire, donc il faut passer par un chemin de broussailles pour si rendre et une fois……
