"Service is good, staffs are friendly, room is quite clear. The only short point is that the smoking area is just next to the taxi stand, it was really an issue to had been forced to stand into a cloud of smoke when waiting for taxi."

"我們訂了三間的海景雙床房，當中有一間並不是面海景，check in的時候可以跟櫃檯再確認一下是否面海景。 除此之外，一切都很完美，最滿意的是他們的服務態度，我們不小心把背包忘在計程車上，飯店的人員非常親切，也主動積極的幫助我們處理，再來就是雙床房間非常的舒適寬敞，每天最喜歡回飯店泡澡，床睡起來也很舒服。飯店的泳池和按摩水池也蠻好的，小朋友都很喜歡，水深120公分沒有提供游泳圈，所以如果是小小孩的建議可以自備泳圈。再來是交通方面，搭公車或走去金沙酒店搭接駁車都十分方便。附近走穿越過對面的澳門回歸館可以到當地的住宅區，有一些茶餐廳可以選擇，推薦星海茶餐廳，還有一些地方超市可逛；也可以走到金蓮花那個區塊也有一些當地的小吃餐廳可以選擇，相對平價好吃，新花城搭配的熟食攤不錯吃。總而言之如果下次再去的話還會選擇這家我們一行12個人都很滿意！"
