“My son, daughter and I toured East Carolina University. Mark made are stay very easy. The condo was extremely clean and convenient to restaurants, stores and the University. Mark was extremely responsive to my questions and made check in and out easy. If the beds were a little softer I would have given 5 stars. Overall very nice condo! ”

Despite minor issues like lacking kitchen counter space, fridge door not closing (due to a cracked lower shelf), and the fake tile wallpaper peeling off, we considered it a treasure to find! ”

“The house was fine, it was clean, and it was as listed. It is also very close to the Rocky Mount Event Center which is convenient. However, the neighborhood itself is a little run down and could be a concern for those that have safety as a high priority, especially at night. I will say the neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues during our stay”
