Situated less than 20 min. the center of Maceio, the Villas of Pratagy Exclusive Resort is a great choice for those looking to enjoy incredible moments in nature. The Resort, located amidst the Atlantic Forest, is 300 meters from the sea and is perfect for family leisure.

Comfortable bungalow consists of large room with integrated kitchen. It has queen size bed, sofa bed, split air-conditioning, 42 "TV, refrigerator, microwave, blender, grill, sandwich maker, coffee maker, cutlery and other utensils.

The guest also has infinity pool overlooking the sea and the forest, panoramic restaurant, gym, sauna, tennis court, soccer field, game room and playground.

The hotel also offers free wi-fi, cable TV and free parking.

Gosto muito do ambiente do Villas do Pratagy, tranquilidade em meio a natureza, lugar ideal para relaxar. A limpeza do imóvel é que estava comprometida (arcondicionado muito sujo, mofo no banheiro e guarda-roupas). A anfitriã foi super gentil e sempre disponível para auxiliar no processo de hospedagem.

o flat organizado e limpo. porem as condições do condomínio necessitam de melhorias, muito mal cuidado. piscina com cerâmica danificada, muitos animais circulando, area externa mal cuidada, etc.

Lugar Fantástico. Adoramos a localização do flat. Tudo perfeito, a atenção da Sra. Ana Paula que nos atendeu com muita atenção. O flat fica no meio de uma reserva onde a noite o local fica muito arejado. O condomínio possui uma piscina com borda infinita maravilhosa. Adoramos a estadia. Muito obrigado a senhora Ana Paula por tudo.

O espaço é um pouco pequeno comparado aos flats de cima. Mas foi bem aconchegante. Não tinha fogão, mas deu p se virar na air fryer, na churrasqueira elétrica e no microondas rsrsrs... Muito bom! Vale demais!

Ótima escolha! Bangalô muito bem cuidado, limpo, organizado e com tudo o que precisamos para nossa estadia. Condomínio seguro, com ótima estrutura, um show de piscina com vistas para o mar! Localizado em meio a Mata Atlântica, próximo a lindas praias, shoppings e feiras de artesanato. Local exuberante, onde permaneci com minha família por 3 dias, durante as férias de julho/2019. A Srª Ana Paula proprietária do imóvel, foi bastante atenciosa e prestativa, desde o primeiro contato, por ocasião da reserva, até nossa saída, cumprindo com todo processo de locação. Recomendo a todos e espero um dia voltar, para curtir novas férias!
