Es un hotel muy austero, pero corresponde al lugar en el que está, pues es una zona rústica rodeada de naturaleza. La vista que tienen los cuartos hacia el río, es bellísima. Ofrece servicio de desayuno incluido, de 5 a 8 de la mañana, y es muy austero lo que sirven. El agua no la incluyen; la cobran. Es muy buena opción para quedarse para el tour de Machu Pichu, ya que está súper accesible la entrada, es un lugar limpio y cómodo para pasar la noche, y está a un buen precio.

My room was not cleaned 2nd day despite my request. When I found out, I just asked for clean towels, I only got 3 bath towels for 3 adults. After taking a shower, we had to use wet towels for 2 days. No toast, veggies, and salad for breakfast. Not much to eat. Had to eat out breakfast 2nd day. I can't return to this place or recommend.

Rooms were very clean and showers were hot. Staff were kind. We were able to take a to-go breakfast at 5am for our 6am entry to MP. It’s hard to have a bad location in Aguas Calientes, everything is a 10 minute walk, same can be said for this hotel. 10mins from the train, 5 from the bus ticket station/where to board the bus to Machu Picchu. Great affordable option for a night before your MP adventures.

The breakfast was the same typical tourist fare everyday but it was sufficient. There was only 1 towel per person, so I asked for extra as needed. The sink only has cold water. The shower was hot. We stayed 3 nights on the 4th floor, no elevator- so be ready to hike up.

We enjoyed our stay, walkable to both train and bus stations. Plenty of restaurants around. Quiet at night, river sounds 10/10. Fresh breakfast. They allow you to leave your bags while you visit Matchu pitchu!Very clean! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
