“Great location, comfortable room and beautiful outlook over the beach from the pool. On the downside, being next to the gate to the pool and beach detracted from the stay as the slamming gate woke us up early every day. Expected better for the price.”

“The toilet roll is not in full but only half which is unexpected. No body wash provided. The facial tissue is in the box fixed in the toilet and not movable. No blanket on the bed.”

“ PROs: - The place was well located - only a few minutes walk to Hastings St. - it was very quiet and backed onto part of the river, with table and chairs setup there. - Checkin was seamless and friendly. - They have kayaks and standup boards for hire. - Bus stop right at doorstep. - Mezzanine bedroom was good vs a studio as at least a little removed from lounge. - Good cupboard space. - Free parking right outside. - Kitchen with small hotplate cooking - nice big shower and……

“The entrance from Viewland Drive is not really convenient for going to Hasting Street. However, rooms are big enough and quite comfortable, staffs are very kind. I left a bag in the room after checked out and they helped me to find it back in efficiency.”

“when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good……
