“Great location, we always love staying in Edgewater for our trip. House was clean, equipped with all your needs. The thermostat gave us hiccup, but once we figured it out, no big deal. However, we still didn’t quite understand how we left for the day at 9am and it read 70 degrees, we came home at 5, 81 degrees. Took us a few hours both nights to get cool. ”

“Over all everything was good. We did bring air mattresses incase the futons weren't comfortable but they weren't bad. ”

“Amazing property! Beautiful old southern manor which has been maintained true to its heritage. We felt privileged to stay in this beautiful home. The surrounding grounds are meticulously cared for and offer a peaceful, beautiful base for a Kentucky Bourbon Trail trip. “I felt very safe here. My boys loved the pool and hot tub on the back patio. The house was clean! Host was fantastic with communication. I was disappointed you could not see the lake from the back deck, you have to walk down the road to see it. And I was disappointed there is no lake access near the house. Otherwise, we had a great experience.”
