“This property has everything. 18 people stayed comfortably and absolutely enjoyed themselves. In February. Plenty of games, a massive TV room with huge comfy chairs, a pool table, large rooms to gather and smaller nooks to chat, luxurious hot tub and so much more. We didn't even try the gym, fire pit (with more wood than we could burn in a month) or the lake. The house had a great layout w the two master suites being in either end of the living room/kitchen area. “The pictures don’t do this place justice at all. It was absolutely beautiful and amazing. My son and I did a father son get away before he leaves for boot camp. We fished for 2 days. Had a bonfire, grilled out and had an amazing time that we will talk about for a very long time. I plan on doing a a trip here again with my wife. ”

“I rented this house for my husband and his buddy for their annual fishing trip. He could not say enough good about it! He said the location was perfect, the house was immaculately clean and very well stocked with all the kitchen supplies, linens, etc., that you would need.Pat, the host was very responsive with any questions. My husband and his fishing buddy plan to rent it again for next years trip. I highly recommend this house, you won’t be disappointed.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. We spent every day down on the dock and when it warmed up enough we were in the water. We had fun watching the swallows that next under the boat house zooming around. The house had everything we could possibly need. Be sure to check out two of the local eateries, Getting sauced in the city and Jenny Cakes. Cute places with really nice owners. It was a great week of relaxing. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at Better Lake Than Never! The home was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. Marc the host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially appreciated home away from home comforts such as a surplus of fresh towels and a well-stocked kitchen with high quality cookware and utensils.
