"A 5 star resort , great spa too. Indoor pools, hot tub and steam room were serien. Our massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly as well. The main outdoor pool is massive and water warm. The breakfast buffet is outstanding . The staff were always polite and spoke various languages fluently. ..."

"Sehr modernes 5 Sterne Hotel, für unseren Geschmack leider sehr unpersönlich, unfreudlich und oberflächlich. Der Hotelkomplex ist innen sehr dunkel, Dracula würde es wohl gefallen 😂 wir haben das Licht vermisst... auf Madeira gibt es liebevollere Unterkünfte."

"It was a nice Location. The view was awesome. But in the voucher on Expedia was a grill in Apartment 3. There was no grill. The bed in one room was so small. 2 people can’t sleep there!"
