“I stayed in this property many times. On the negative hand, the apartments ( 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms in which I stayed in different times ) need renovation in some areas. On the positive hand, the personel is always accommodating and kind, the problem solvers are below and my Oscars go to them. Ms. Tumi Ms. Sisanda Ms. Ivy Ms. Lusanda Ms. Mokhadi Mr. Jeff I stayed 3 weeks this time and I thank you all very much again. ”

“I did not fulfill my stay at the accommodation. I drove from DBN as a single mum with 2 X 6 year olds. Arrived at 2:30pm. Room not available. 3:30 room was ready. The unit had an awful smell. No communication from staff. Toilet dirty. It was not livable. The Aircon did not work. Fridge and microwave was smelly. I booked another accommodation for the night in the area. I was declined a refund. I ask you to please consider a refund as I did not use the facilities or unit. The photos on website is……

“We arrived at the gate with a guard under the influence. We booked and checked reviews on the lodge but was booked at hills. On arrival the TV in the lounge was blaring that we could not speak to the ladies who received us. The room had the stench of sewage hanging in the air. The porter tried to mask this by pouring soap water down the drain. This is a nice place but clearly there is little to no management. Not a nice experience. We left within a hour of arriving. Pity.”

"We requested early check in long time ago and were guaranteed to obtain a room for early check in. But even after 2:30 pm the room was said not ready, but actually it was cheating."
