“I totally enjoy this stay. Better than expected. I arrived late and only stay for one night so didn’t have too much time to experience all the facilities.
It’s go Sauna room, swimming pool (for both adult and children), gaming room, children play room, spa services. What impressed me is the handicap free design inside the room. It’s really friendly for wheel chair users (see my photo for the bathroom). It’s my first time stay in India hotel and I am not sure if all hotels are design like……

“All the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, restaurant is open 24 hrs (very convenient). Food is full of variety and creativity. The deal we got for the stay including two meals a day, it saved us a lot of trouble in dining. The hotel provides airport pick-up service and city tour at guest's own cost, it helps guests travel safer and more convenient in the city. “Brand new hotel with high end amenities. A total of 23 rooms available. We stayed in a quadraple room with one single bed and one king bed. Interior designs are top notch. The golden colour gate and golden colour elevator is matched with the hotel name. The location is very strategic. Not far from most of the key places like the US consulate, Marina beach, Temples, Shopping places, Amusement Parks etc. Breakfast was given from an outside restaurant but the quality was good. “The hotel is absolute chaos and stay away from it. We had a 15 hours flight and they did not let us in with our Hotels.com booking. The explanation is rooms were fully booked and they did not receive the itinerary. Surprisingly they have rooms available for us to buy them at hotel. We don’t understand why they don’t sort our original booking. The rooms and toilets are appalling. The Air conditioner did not work properly. We did not found one thing that worked as per description. So disappointed.”
