“We had promised our kids we would get away and spend some intentional time with them during what had been a really busy few weeks prior. Not a lot of places can comfortably accommodate our family of 8, but we all fit in comfortably. We got to hike some of trails in the Chickasaw National Recreation Area with the kids, we knew we would be rained in one day, but got to play games and make meals easily, and the owners were so helpful and easy to communicate with. “We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful house. Durant offers convenient shopping just 20 minutes away but far enough to remain secluded. Boat slip made this property a perfect fit for our family—easy access just a short walk away. We will be back for another stay at this property!”
