“The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The Room was Perfect and very spacious. It was 10 min drive from the Harram and easy to get to. I Will definitely Book again. Over all I was very happy with this hotel. ”

The staff is so friendly and even delivered chocolates with coffee to my room. I will always stay thete every time I visit Madinah. ”
“Not bad for a new hotel. Got great prices from expedia. Unfortunately - Quite far from masjid nabawi/Haram so you will need tsxi/transportation every time. (NO SHUTTLE)
Cleaning stafff excellent at what they do.
Only issue is sometimes even when I left the green light ON for cleaning, the whole day would go by & no cleaning? Idk if it's because I am not in in the room or what. 7.4/10 if I had to rate it overall. ”
