“Spotless space, exceptionally responsive host, great location, great amenities. Property was perfect for 2 retirees visiting friends & family in the area. Listing was exactly as described. Free and easily accessible parking was convenient. Never heard a sound from any neighboring units. Fully stocked supplies included dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Would stay here in the future!”

“Property was perfectly located for our needs. Very clean & looked even better than the pictures. A couple of minor issues: be aware that there are pretty steep steps to get to the apartment. It wasn’t a problem for me, but my elderly mother did struggle a bit. Also, the air conditioner is fairly loud - we were grateful for central air as the weather was very hot during our stay, but it is quite noticeable and we had to have the TV volume much higher as a result. Overall though, there was nothing……

“Property was clean and smartly appointed. Appliances were very new. We were easily able to cook and eat in during our stay. There is an ample private parking lot. I had to work during some stretches of my stay and there wasn't a single hiccup with the Wi-Fi even handling large files. Shadyside is beautiful and the location is ideal with very short drives to Pitt and CMU and easy walks to either of the two main shopping/eating corridors. “We had a wonderful stay. We had plenty of space for the four of us. The rooms are generous in size, comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the refreshing cool temperature when we arrived on day! Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows( we always bring our own but didn’t need to we learned) the kitchen was great, though we didn’t cook any meals it seems like we would have had all we needed to do so. We also liked that there were plenty of brochures for fun things to do in the……
