“Just one word. Perfect. Description of home was exactly what we found. So clean! It seems like a new rental due to the condition of the home. Worked out well for our multi-generational stay with parents and toddler upstairs, grandparents on main floor, and auntie in lower floor. We went for a weekend to visit Storyland which was very close. Also close to Walmart/Shaw's for groceries and incidentals, and Zeb's which is a staple to any visit to the White Mountains. “Great location, very comfortable, quiet area. Great access to everything in the area. The unit itself is clean, however pulled a pot from the cabinet and had too wash it before using it, we also discovered that the iron and ironing board were missing, notification made immediately and promptly acknowledged as we did not want to be responsible for anything missing, front screen door screen was ripped in a number of spots and the pull out sofa was pulled out and it looked like it hasn't been……

The location is great as it is easy to get downtown and to the south end of town near the outlets and also easy to get to the hiking trails, Storyland, and Santa's Village. It is a great place for family. The accommodations are extremely comfortable. The house is clean and stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. "The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
