“Very close to Vandy Medical Center. Easy walk to the hospital.”

“Quaint little property in in East Nash. Good location, close to restaurants and other East Nash activities. Only suggestion would be to add some more dressers in bedrooms in order to unpack and store clothes for an extended stay.....and maybe an Apple TV in order to access personal streaming services easier. Other then that, would definitely stay there again.”

“Cozy space”

“My boyfriend and I wanted a getaway weekend for the holiday and chose this cozy cottage. We had a dog w us, so the cottage being detached from the main house was perfect for when she would bark in our absence. It was a clean and spacious area. Our host communicated great and was very easy to work with!”

“Thumbs up for this cottage. Quiet, cozy and comfortable. Just off Thompson Lane and easy drive anywhere in town. The owners are nearby and very hospitable. Can't go wrong here. Recommended!”

“All linen and bedding was not cleaned. The ceiling fan was not operational. The desk clerk/ staff stated that they will fix it. It never happened during our stay. We were able to hear the noise from the motor vehicle traffic and the tenants above was always moving objects around. The surrounding area was very trashy.”

“This was my second visit to this wonderful property. The best place for me and my dogs. This property is as dog-friendly (if not dog-loving!) as it gets. Donna knows how to do things right for dogs and their humans! Both properties are very well kept and each is unique. As I've said before, the drive to the property is beautiful as well. These properties are 10 out 10 all the way.”

“We loved the relaxing atmosphere! After very active days filled with tours, shopping and lots of music and bands… it was so wonderful returning to a quiet private space! The charm of your cottage is very inviting and we felt like we were stepping into grandmas house! If your not chill before you get there, it wouldn’t take long to catch your breath and relax! ”

“My husband and I stayed here for four nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was really well equipped and the location was great. There was a fenced in yard for the fur babies. We would definitely rent this again!”
